Welcome to Neurorehabilitation Izgrev – the place where training and care go hand in hand!

We are happy to share that Neurorehabilitation Izgrev welcomes physiotherapy / kinesitherapy students from the Medical University – Sofia and the National Sports Academy (NSA) “Vasil Levski”.
Our center considers the admission of students to be an important step in the formation of the next generation of neurotherapists.
The Neurorehabilitation Izgrev team enthusiastically accepted the challenge to convey from their personal experience and present in a real environment various clinical cases, to which experienced therapists treat with their inherent individual approach, empathy and understanding.
Young students are starting their mandatory internship, which is an important part of their training. They will participate in various daily activities from observation to assistance with various types of procedures. For them, this is not only valuable practical and theoretical experience, but also a chance to develop key qualities such as responsibility, empathy and teamwork.
During their internship with us, students will see the application of various specialized methodologies that are used in the treatment of patients:
Bobath, PNF advance, McKenzie, kinesiotaping, neurodynamics, fascial techniques, etc.
Together with the Ministry of Education and Science, we are creating conditions for the introduction of dual training in higher education;
Organizing training for postgraduate students to acquire professional skills in neurorehabilitation.
For our center, this is also an excellent opportunity – young students bring enthusiasm, new ideas and a desire to learn.
And for students – this is one of the first steps towards the profession to which they have dedicated themselves.
